Conditionally display values inside Learning Request Additional Attributes DFF

Summary: Conditionally display values inside Learning Request Additional Attributes DFF

Content (required): Is it possible to conditionally display value inside Learning Request Additional Attributes DFF? I have created a custom value set called XX_TRAINING_TYPE that contains three values. I want to show all three values to employees with a length of service of more than two years and only two values to employees with a length of serice of less than two years. Is there a context variable that can help me achieve this?
