Fast formula for eligibility profile

Hello,

I have been trying to create a fast formula that includes Contingent Worker - Internship and Assignment Category back office, with the following formula:

Yet, the Journey is allocated to all the new pending workers. I would like to know why is this happening and also how can I find if I am using the correct codes? For example, i want to extract the info from the following :

"Proposed person type" = Internship and "Assignment Category" = Back-Office.

Can someone provide some input about the code?

Thank you,

Ioannis
