Absence duration is not calculating Time not worked in shift properties
Summary:
We have an elapsed work schedule. 'Time not worked' is setup as at shift property level. Absence duration is not deducting 'Time not worked' for the shift. Does this need a plan duration formula? Any leads
will be of great help.
Shift duration is 8.5 hours
Time not worked is 0.5 hours
Expected abs duration = 8 hours
System calculated duration = 8.5 hours
Thanks
Gayatri
