Currently accrued the Annual Leave 2.5 if employee spend whole month this happened every month end , if employee hire in the mid of the month or terminate mid of the month how can prorate these days

for example employee hire in 20-Jan-2022 so accrued should be (2.5/31)*11=0.89 Days same for the termination in Annual Leave Final Disbursement.
