Summary:

Our customer is currently migrating from their current instance (BPM 12.2.1.0) to new instance on OCI (12.2.1.4). Hence during the cutover go-live there would be a downtime of around 12-16 hours and hence customer is looking for our inputs on how to address the in-flight BPM workflow instances\transactions during the cutover.
