Ability to reprocess aborted transaction from tracking

Description (Required):

When an integration is deactivated , the transactions from error hospital get aborted automatically. In our case customer cannot resend the aborted transactions from source system.In this case, the transaction that OIC has received is lost.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Customer has built business event based integrations(pre-built integration recipes) from Oracle B2B and OFSC systems. OFSC system gets the feed from custom mobile application. Once the transaction is performed from custom mobile application which triggers the event in OFSC , there is limitation in custom mobile application to perform the same transaction again.
