Not able to add filter to question text in OTBI report

Content (required):

I am using "Workforce Management - Checklist Real Time " subject area and when i tried to add filter to question text, it is not filtering correctly and giving No results. There might be case as question text column is having long text of 4-5 long sentences. May I know how can I add filter to this long text in OTBI.
