Can we use Item Rule to update a Specific Organization attributes

Summary:

we have a requirement to auto assign the item when it defined on master organization to three organizations "X" , "Y" AND "Z" and this is applied well no problem in it so when new item created its assigned automatically to organizations X , Y and Z.

But the problem we faced we need to apply inventory template to inventory organization X & Y and need to apply expense template to inventory organization Z. but the actual case the template that we selected when created master item applied to the three orgs.

So can we achieve that requirement by rule sets for example to add condition if the item assigned to organization X & Y apply inventory template and for organization Z apply expense template.
