Alert template for specific Course

I've referred to the Understanding Alerts in Oracle Learning guide, but couldn't find the solution. Is it possible to create an Alert template (for Required Learning) that is Course specific?

We've created an alert template for when Required Learning is assigned to a Learner. But want to be able use a different template for different courses. Is it possible to be this specific when setting up the filters?
