Summary: How the Build executor checks the User credentials

Content (required): We are trying to enable SSO for VBS, but unfortunately we were not able to create VBS in the SSO enabled Identity Provider.

We have created VBS in a non-SSO enabled identity provider, we are trying to redirect the VBS url and accept the users from the SSO enabled Identity Provider... In this way we are trying to bring the users from SSO loop.

Users were able to login and run the build jobs and execute them successfully, but when they try to clone the repository to the local system they were seeing Fatal: authentication failed error.
