How to expand the list column?

Summary:

Hello experts,

we have enabled the custom list column but our customer would like to see the entire list of values without clicking on Search.

Is there a way to achieve this aim? In other words, we expect that when clicking on the field the entire list of values appears without clicking on the Search link and look for values manually.
