Is it possible to restrict project tasks' view to respective task managers only?

Use Case: Project Manager/ Administrator adds tasks to a project. (Execution management or Financial Management). The user assigns a 'Task Manager' to a project.

Does the PPM restrict the execution task or financial task view/manage to the task manager only, i.e. the user logs in to the system and finds only the tasks he is assigned to in PEM or PFM?
