Approval notification links are not working. how to point the links to the correct destinatination?

Summary:

We enabled the Configurable Approval notification for Adjustments to Project Cost Transactions so that we are able to add more fields and information on the email and in app notification approval. especially for Multi-Line Transfer adjustments.

Currently the hyperlinks in the approval notification is not working, how to point them to the correct destination? \
