Table to connect contract lines, fulfilment lines and BPA / CPA

We are trying to create a report to fetch the contracts from BPA / CPA but we are not able to find the table that holds the fulfilment lines information.

We are trying to create a report to fetch the contracts from BPA / CPA but we are not able to find the table that holds the fulfilment lines information. We are able to connect a BPA back to its header using reference_num field, however if we try to identify the fulfilment line to be able to link to the contract line we are not able to proceed as we are not able to determine the fulfilment lines table
