How do we use Oracle efficiently from managing invoices 8k invoices per day and 150 users

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

TP have c.150 AP users it would appear that there is no functionality in Oracle dashboards such as the Invoice dashboard to see when a person is working on resolving an issue with an invoice. As an example if one of our users is resolving an issue with an invoice what could TP do to stop another user going into an invoice and trying to fix the same issue. It appears that they dont find out that someone else is or has worked on it until they save it , this could drive >30 minutes of wasted effort on our
