Upload Default Expense Account for Mexico - Incorrect Location message

Hello,

I am getting an error message "Incorrect Location" when uploading with hdl Default Expense Account to Employee.

It happens when I try to upload it for Location in Mexico both in Test and Prod.

For other Locations the upload works well.

Am I missing something regarding Mexico ?
