Unable to use the seeded 'Oracle Fusion Projects' source in expenditure batch

I am trying to create an expenditure batch from the 'Manage Unprocessed Costs' page. When I click on the 'New' record button, I don't see the seeded 'Oracle Fusion Projects', in the 'Source' LOV, thus unable to use the seeded Document 'Timecard'. I am able to see other transaction sources in the 'Source' LOV
