Privilege instability - Talent Ratings and Succession Planning

Hello everyone,

We are currently trying to give access to Talent Ratings and Succession Planning tabs (under Directory) for the custom HR role.

We made sure that the custom HR role has the following privileges:

1. View Talent Ratings
2. View Succession Plan

After we gave the privileges we regenerated the role via Manage Data Role and Security Profile task; however, when we log in with the custom HR user, they are still not able to view the Talent Ratings and Succession Plan tabs.

Are we missing anything?
