Need clarification on customizing Negotiation Layout of the standard Supplier Negotiation PDF Report.

Content (required):

1. Font change is not reflecting in the Buyer PDF after changing the font in the Negotiation Layout RTF template of the standard Supplier Negotiation PDF Report from Times New Roman (default font; size 10) to Calibri size 11. 

Need to know if this issue was seen before during customization and steps on how it was handled?

2. Alignment issues seen in the Supplier PDF after changing the font in the Negotiation Layout RTF template of the standard Supplier Negotiation PDF Report from Times New Roman (default font; size 10) to Calibri size 11.
