Summary:

Dear Expert,

Please advise how we can enroll the learners in multiple offerings through HSDL. At the same time, when we uploaded the enrollment spreadsheet loader the error though the learner was already enrolled in another offering. Please find the below error message.


"An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-handleLogicalCreate()::oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-createLearningRecord()::oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-Not a Valid Offering Learning Record for LearningItemId:300000147830623! Learning Record with Status:ORA_ASSN_REC_ACTIVE LearnerId:100000006894932 LearningItemId:300000147830656 EventType:ORA_JOIN_ASSIGNMENT already exists.: STRINGMANAGER: Key: Not a Valid Offering"
