Garden leave or Maternity leave user should not be enrolled in courses

hi there, we want to have a way to "switch off" a Fusion profile of someone who is on garden leave or maternity. For instance, Mr. A is on garden leave - he is not physically with the company any more but his profile is active till after 6 more months. Technically, his profile will still continue to be enrolled, notifications will continue to be sent. Similarly for the maternity or long-sick leave people. Unless we manually remove the enrollments, they will continue be treated as people who are in the office.

Is there any way to flag the person profile so s/he is not enrolled anymore in these? Kinda switch OFF for learning only.
