Learning Record Real Time: Retraining / Future Learning Records Missing

Summary:

I created a custom report for our trainers to see overdue, current and upcoming training. When I use the Learning Record Real Time subject area, I noticed training that appears on the user's learning plan is missing from my report. For example, a learner has 2 classes with future dated required dates in 2024 but they don't appear on my report. I have other records that have future-dated required dates that display on the report. Any insights?
