intercompany transactions not transferring to GL

Summary:

Hi all,

I have a couple of intercompany transactions that are not transferring to GL when the "Transfer to General Ledger" process has run. It still transfers the majority of the transaction, but not all. The transactions have been completed and approved. An example of a transaction is given below from the inbound side.

The transaction has not been transferred to the General Ledger when the process was run. (the transaction is a few months old, as it was only recently discovered that it did not transfer to GL)

Can anyone help me to find out why the transfer didn't happen?
