How to recover/restore SSH keys with correct permission in ExaCS

Summary: A POC using EBS Cloud Manager resulted in ExaCS Node-1 corruption and it doesn't allow ssh to OPC or Oracle user. Permission of .ssh directory for respective users are also set to 777. All looks good in Node-2 and ssh between nodes also works only using grid user.

Is there a way to recover/restore ssh keys with correct permission for both OPC and Oracle user.
