Report or 'Audit Trail' to See Who Made Changes to Assignments

Summary:

Need to be able to determine who is making changes to assignments, such as enrolling, unenrolling, etc. If there is a way to see it in the system that I am missing, that would be great. (I'm envisioning an audit trail of sorts, like I've had in previous systems) If not, is there a report that could be used? Thank you!
