unable to get lab instance from today

Hi Team

I'm unable to create lab instance from today in learn.oracle.com and getting below error. Is anyone else is facing this issue or only me. I have clicked Activate and start learning multiple times but clicking on this will take me to same pop up in a loop.

Please help.
