Multiple Time Punches with the same time stamp and multiple time rows

Summary:

We are experiencing an issue when looking at a handful of time cards where associates have multiple time punch rows with the same time stamp. Almost like they're clicking multiple times in rapid succession.

For the multiple rows it would show a morning punch in of 8am. Then for lunch it would punch out at 11:59:54 then a 2nd (some cases a 3rd row) of something like clock out or clock in of the same 11:59:54 time stamp.

When trying to replicate in test we could not replicate with the exact time stamp it would be a few seconds off and couldn't get multiple rows.
