Summary:

We would like approvers to open the link from the Bell Icon and then Approve/Reject the request from the pop up window which contains the request details.

Content (required):

We would like to remove the Approve / Reject option from the Bell Icon and option to Approve / Reject should only be available once the request has been opened in the pop up page which is seen once the user clicks on the hyperlink from the Bell Icon. This would enforce the users to check the request before making any decision.
