Absence Year End Payout - Front Loaded - Accrual Definition is Formula
Can an absence plan that that is front load and has an accrual definition via Formula and not Matrix have a year end pay out? If so how, we no longer want the plan to forfeit but to pay out all remaining vacation time at 100% rate.
