Any issues of moving HR Specialist from Data Roles to AOR?
Summary:
Currently we have our HR Specialist roles with data roles per country. Moving more global we are hoping to use AOR as it is easier to administer and reduce the number of duplicates roles that could cause conflicts.

Does anyone have any experience with an HR Specialist role having the data access controlled by AOR? Is there an impact to reporting?
