Summary:

We have the Requisition Template field available in Job Details for job creation, but people without Recruiter roles can't see any values in the drop down. We need our comp reps to be able to populate the requisition template field when they create new jobs. What permissions need to be added to the compensation role to let them select the value in Requisition Template field on job details?
