Unable to find contingent worker in User account page

Summary:

Hi,

Unable to find user on user account page. When checked at person level, we see attached error.

I have already tried running one off LDAP processes though some of them are already scheduled for us as well - Send Pending LDAP Requests, Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes as well, but it doesn't change anything for the user.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
