Address Line 3 prompt is not visible on UI

Dear Team

Hope you are doing well!

We have a requirement to enable Address Line 3 and rename it to Address Line 3 (Supply Chain Only) which I did but the renaming is not visible on the UI.

Also when I am looking at Validation Defined (Manage Geographies) for Tax address, renaming is not visible.

Kindly guide.
