Summary:

I have an employee moving from 1 legal employer to the other within the same country. The same absence plan applies, but the balance is not getting properly transfered.

Content (required):

Plan Details:

  • ANC_RESTRICT_HIRE_TERM_EVENT is enabled
  • Transfer balance in the plan is enabled
  • No limit to transfer of balance

Employee details:

  • Workschedule applies to both entities
  • 1 Jan 2023: Plan balance of 30 days
  • 1 Mar 2023: Global Transfer to other entity
  • 1 Mar 2023: No balance (global transfer already enrolled the employee's new assignment).
  • 1 Mar 2023: Run accrual process. Transfer of 5 days shows (equal to the balance for 1 Jan - 28 Feb 2023). The remaining 25 days are lost.
