Report that pulls performance evaluations on Goals and Competencies

Hello,

Our customer needs a report that pulls evaluations for each goal and competency included in performance documents. Unfortunately we're not finding the right subject area to leverage on.

Do you have any suggestion for this? Also, if someone has already created a similar report and is willing to share it I would deeply appreciate it :)
