Learning Assignment not visible to Standard Employee
We're looking support from you, as we're facing something strange in our OLC environment and can't figure out what is happening. In brief:
- We created a Course, with just one self paced Offering. The publish start date of both Course and Offering is in the past and they're open ended; at course level, we've set up a renewal option after the validity period of the course is concluded. As for access rules, the course/offering are visible in all of their details for self service.
- We've then assigned the course to a learner. The first required assignment creates the assignment at course level, and we decided to set the status as Bypass Completed. After few days, the renewal option creates the "new assignment" in order to extend the validity period: hence, the HR sees coherently 2 assignments for the learner: the former at course level (bypass completed) and the latter as "no offering selected".
