I would like to know if there are any customers who have implemented workforce modelling tool and are using it.

We find this tool inconsistent and throws java error at some point during the model creation. Even the oracle demo environments run in errors.

So would like to find out if there is any customer using this tool and how effective is it for mass assignment changes.
