MFPP Page Customization - Make a DFF segment non-editable based on another DFF segment values

In Manage Financial Project Plan page, we have the requirement to make a task DFF segment non-editable only when another project DFF segment value is populated or when the Project status has certain values.

The DFF segments are displayed in the Manage Financial Project Plan page through a pop-up window.

I have followed Doc ID 1571544.1 to show the children components of the popup window (Additional Information window) but still these are not visible in Page Composer.

Kindly please provide guidance if the customer requirement is achievable and advise on how to achieve it.
