Multiple Courses for 1 Training

Summary:

We have courses that require retraining every year/etc for compliance and job-specific training. Our implementation partner advised we should have the exact same course created twice in our LMS. One course expires every day in case the individual wants to complete the training multiple times (this appears in the learning catalog) and a second course we use separately to launch yearly training (which doesn't appear in the learning catalog). We created the second course to make sure all learners were being captured to retake the training and not left out because they decided to take it recently. Does anyone do
