Looking for View Objects to add in List of Values for attribute Timezone in Spreadsheet Loader

We are working on requirement to create spreadsheet loader template to load ILT Activities, attribute Timezone in the template don't have any LoV enabled by default. And it accepts value in tz database names format as per oracle documentation.

"Timezone attribute should be entered in TZ database names format. For example, America/Los_Angeles"

Do we have any View Object available for timezone? Expectation is to enable the same LoV available in UI for spreadsheet loader.
