Default Title A-Z sort option in learning catalog page

Dear Experts

When user searching for any course In System by default it is showing 'Best Match' as Sort option but our requirement is to show Title A-Z as default sort option.

We tried using page composer by selecting Title A-Z and enabling the read only option.

But when searching for the course again it is getting defaulted to Best Match
