Using Oracle Pricing Module or Tax Module to do calculations for Landed Costing

Summary:

We have requirements to perform complex duty calculations for Landed Costing. Would it be possible to store and perform such calculations using oracle Cloud Tax Module and or Pricing Module and use API's to update charge lines?

Content (required):

Duties are following types:

Item specific Duty Rates ( HTS Duty Code and HTS Rate)

There are country of origin specific duty rates

For some items there are price breaks for duty application

There are also condition based duties


Just like EBS Advanced pricing Module was integrated with LCM for duties and other charge line calculations can we leverage Cloud Pricing Module? Are there any API's in Pricing Module which can bring back chargeline calculations into LCM API's or Trade operation directly?
