Are there REST APIs to directly create Rate Records (v/s Rate Load Summary/RateOffering/RateRecord)?

Is Oracle planning to expose REST APIs to directly create Rate Records at all

(v/s Use Rate Load Summary related REST APIs to load the rate details. The latter is part of the sourcing module.)
