Summary:

Auto Provisiion Responsibilities not working when employee moves out and moves in to the same position.

Content (required):

We are using Auto Provision Responsibilities process. While most scenarios work properly, the below use case is not working as expected. (attached screen shots)

Use case:

Employee "E1" is assigned an AOR "AOR1" based on the template which has criteria of a specific position "P1".

Employee "E1" now moved to position "P2" and hence moved to "AOR2". This is as expected after the process runs.

Employee "E2" is moved to position "P1" and hence the "AOR1" is auto assigned. This is as expected. This is as expected after the process runs.

Howdy, Stranger!
