Is it possible to change the carryover effective in middle of the year.

Hi Experts,

Currently we have one annual leave plan for this plan term is calendar year and the date is 01/01 so as per this the balance will be carryover to the next year on Jan 1st every year.

Now the thing is we have to change the carryover effective date as November 1st(only one time) again it should work as it is every year january 1st. Is it possible by using the existing functionality or fast formula. If any one knew about this please let me about it then it would be appreciated.
