Multiple Employment with different AD Accounts for Learning

Hi Experts,


Our current client has a scenario where there are multiple employments for a person and multiple AD Accounts are needed for accessing a third-party portal that has its own Identity Access Management. Depending on the AD Account used by the person to login into the third-party system, the person will get relevant access to the third-party portal.


The only way to get multiple AD Accounts would be to get multiple person records for the same person which is not a recommended practice.


Has anyone had similar requirements? Appreciate any help that can be provided.
