What is the fastest way to select order releases from a query when "check all checkbox" can't be use

Ryerson returns order release queries upwards of 400 orders for shipment planning. Our users are looking for a faster way to select a subset of orders when the check all box can't be used.

Ryerson returns order release queries upwards of 400 orders for shipment planning. In many cases we can't choose the check all box, and are only looking to select 30 orders from the query. Currently many of our users are clicking each box in these particular cases. I found out today that you could use the keyboard and use space bar and down arrow for selecting orders. However, what is the fastest way to choose the 30 or so orders? Is there any function in OTM to allow for selecting the 30 orders? Similar to holding in shift in excel and
