Summary: How can we setup notifications to recipients that are are not apart of a workflow when the task/approval rule tis stuck with an error?


Content (required): We have transactions that are erroring for various reasons and we'd like to setup notifications to admin staff when this occurs. In the task configuration there is an option to setup a notification if the task status is "error" but the recipients are limited to Assignees, Initiator, Approvers, Owner, Reviewer and Additional Assignees.
