How to Round Start Qty in Supplies and Demand?

There are two quantity related columns in Supplies and Demand. One is Order Qty and other is Start Qty. We are using a shrinkage rate of 3% for our Finished Goods. For such items, if let's say the Order Qty is 1000, then the Start Qty will be (1000/ (1-0.03)) =1030.928. It is this Start Qty coming in Decimals which we need to Round. The Item Attribute "Round Order Qty" under Planning tab does not seem to be helping here. What is the way forward?
