Issue while getting BegBalance data from GL to EPM

Summary:

Hi,

We are trying to get Begbalance of Jan from GL to EPM, We have created a global mapping as per the " Doc ID 2667252.1 ", Even though we have data for "Jan" & Periods Jan-22 is open in Fusion Extract is failing with below error.

Data Load from GL fails with Error "No periods were identified for loading data into table 'TDATASEG'

Could you please help us with any ideas.
